Allisa handles reporting, file updating, account management, invoicing, payroll, metric tracking, coordinates company functions, and performs other administrative tasks as needed.


To support office management by performing all clerical tasks and errands to keep the office running smoothly and management focused on their highest value duties

Description of Work

  • Save all daily reports to job folders
  • Perform Quarterly IFTA Fuel Reporting
  • Maintain vehicle maintenance files-Update them as work is done
  • Manages vehicle fuel cards, fleetmatics, Verizon phone accounts
  • File paperwork
  • Register all trucks yearly at the Town and State and as they are purchased
  • Pay annual filing fees for all companies within all states working to remain in good standing
  • Manage office supplies, including coffee station
  • Chase down overdue invoices and figure out why they are not being paid
  • Process insurance claims and gather all information required by insurance agency
  • Learns payroll and AR/AP in order to back-up bookkeeper as necessary
  • Help coordinate company functions / outings
  • Misc. Errands, Misc Many Tasks- These vary from week to week and day today
  • Able to perform payroll
  • Track all weekly and monthly metrics for Weekly Meetings
  • Produce report for absentees by name monthly on Monday following the previous month and gives to Operation Manager
  • Manage job start-up administrative tasks. Including but not limited to, managing job start-up checklist, uploading required files to LogMeIn sharefile, updating Snappii app with job names, and employee names.
