Overview
Working with our returning client CE Floyd, we completed the 235,000 SF Big Y addition 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Placing long runs of footing and walls ahead of the steel erector, we were able to highlight our production capabilities. Construction schedules and the flatness and levelness of its slab are always paramount to a warehouse project like this. That is why we use top of the line laser screeds backed by experienced finishers to make sure tolerances are exceeded.
One of the things we take pride in at Form-Up is our core value of respect. Through honesty and partnership with our clients, we set the standards high, and this project was no exception. We aim to respect every client’s time by staying on task and on schedule. Because this project was completed a full two weeks early, we were able to offer an early move-in to our client.
